This was my car insurance company for a couple of years but dropped me after an accident I had. They made it super difficult for me to reapply and purposely delayed my renewal, never answered questions I had, never got back to my emails. They blamed it on the Farmers company, saying that "new rules are coming from the top and there was nothing they can do. Pretty much they were no longer making money off of me so they kicked me to the curve. I did receive notice so it's not like it happened out of the blue but it sucks how they did me wrong like that. Super disappointed in this branch as I was pretty happy with them. Just beware, there is no loyalty here.
