I love the attention to detail and the express care that Jodi Hollow, my Insurance Account Executive, provides to her Clients. I can call day or night needing assistance with my insurance needs and I am always greeted with that Jodi Hollow signature PIZZAZZ. Need an adjustment to your policy? She's there. Need a Certificate of Insurance? She's there. Need to vent about your day-to-day at the office? She's there.

All in all 10/10 superb service. Would reccommend to any company trying to get their insurance needs met.

Just got an overdue bill email for $417 as an adjustment from 2024. They said it was due to an adjustment because we canceled our condo policy (we sold it). They said they had given us a discount for having home and auto policies with them. I explained I still have my other house with them and they said no. That I still had to pay because the other was a condo. I asked why, if she had said it was one property to one car and she said she was talking to her supervisor about it, finally they said they were sorry but I had to pay the adjustment. I paid it because I don’t want issues with my credit. I will not renew my auto with them.
