I have had great service with Farmers Insurance and the Marshall Thompson agency. They are always courteous, prompt and answer every question and inquiry with professionalism and detail. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

An example would be that a few years ago we had a bad storm and we sustains substantial damage and could not use our home for quite some time. Farmers' really stepped up and we were able to get our home repaired and livable again before most of our neighbors even got their claim filed. And they put us in housing until our home was habitable again. We feel really secure with this insurance. They pay their claims promptly and that's what we need in an emergency. Thanks for the great service!!!

If you’re looking for personal attention and professionalism in an insurance agent....this is not the place! I’ve been insured with Farmer’s Insurance Company for 18 years. After a serious illness I stopped into Mr. Thompson’s office to have him review my current policy and prepare for the future. The receptionist advised me that he was not available but would get back to me later in the day. Sadly, after my third attempt to reach him, he came to the phone but it was obvious he had not spent any time reviewing my request. Great at selling policies but once he has sold it, the customer service is over. For something as important as Life insurance, I suggest finding an agent that is not quite as cavalier about the needs of their customers.
