Went in for the finger printing service . He was rude from the the beginning. I was 5 mins. late because I couldn't see the fingerprinting signage . It just looked like an Insurance office . The signs are down low and obstructed when cars are in front of them. He asked why I came in and when I said my name and why , he looked at his watch . He obviously knew ahead of time I had an appointment. I explained why I was a little late and he goes over to the low signs and says " Here's one and here's one . " very rude. Mind you not another person was in the office the whole time I was there . He treated me like I was an inconvenience and he had no time for me . No greeting , didn't explain the process and was rude to me when I didn't know to step over to the fingerprint machine . " Well I can't get your fingerprints over there ! " He gave me a " receipt " which only had my name . All other lines were blank . Never fully explaining what it was or that I would need it to be properly completed by him so I could upload it to my application. It wasn't until I called to complain to the finger printing company that employees him ( for their services ) that I realized I didn't even have all the information that I paid him for !! The customer service man had to give me that over the phone . Thank goodness I did not have to go back ! Ironically , the customer service man also said Mr. Hohman called him right after my appointment asking for new signage ! Imagine that !!! Made the customer feel bad that the signage wasn't visible then called for better signs . I'd like to believe he was just having a bad day , but clearly not !
When reviewing the other comments on here , there appears to be a pretty common theme. Mr. Hohman doesn't appear to like woman or minorities. If I could rate him a zero I would have because that's what he is in my book ! You don't have to put up with this kind of abusive behavior as a customer !
