I recently contacted Stewart regarding home and auto insurance and it has been a very positive experience. Stewart is very responsive, answers questions with the right level of detail and really seems focused on customer satisfaction. In addition, I've had interactions with Lili, a member of his team, and she has been fantastic. Similar to Stewart, she has provided quick TAT to any inquiries and really displays a professional, customer focused attitude.

I paid my insurance with online website of insurance company on 11/16/24. It was due 11/24/24. I used the routing number and account number of my old checks. I've been using them for 4 years. I didn't realize I couldn't do that with an ACH debit. After a few weeks I discovered the payment didn't go through. The typical employee at the insurance company couldn't change the routing and account number. After going back and forth with them I finally called Rommel Rivas (broker at Rubino Insurance). He spent quite a bit of time (days) trying to get them to change the numbers. He called accounting and underwriting until they got it done. The payment went through before cancellation. I came pretty close to having to get a new policy written at a higher cost. Rommel would not let that happen. I'm forever grateful to him and Stewart Rubiano Insurance.

Decent at first then totally unresponsive. Had an issue with our home and fire insurance when it came time for renewal- never responded to calls or emails from us or the mortgage company. Had a lapse in coverage due to his complete lack of communication. Thankfully nothing happened and we found an insurance agent who has the courtesy to get back to us in a timely manner (or at all for that matter).
