Good luck trying to get ahold of her. Unprofessional, voice-mail box always full, doesn't respond to emails. After 5 weeks had to contact corporate to have them change my agent and put my new car on. Which literally took 1 phone call and 8 mins of my time. Thanks for sending me glamor shots and post cards of yourself, how about you take care of your customers that have been with you for years. Everything you read about her not getting back to you is very true and very Unprofessional. Farmer's set me up with a new agent that takes all my calls and emails no problem.

I went into the agency and gave all my vehicle/personal contact information to the insurance agent. I only wanted to obtain a quote. I was told she had to copy all my information because she couldn't get into the system and she would call me in a couple of hours. She was very concerned about whether I would be paying in person or by other means. She called me around 3 P.M. to ask for my social security number, then told me the owner of the Insurance Agency was going to call me by 5 P.M. with a quote. As you probably already know, I never received that quote and that was yesterday. I'm not sure what's wrong with the world because all the businesses are acting the same unprofessional way. I'll just let the police handle it instead of giving myself a headache over trifling people. Thank you!

I'm am insured with them for My vehicle . I got no response from my agent so I had to call the corporate office for action . I shouldn't have to do that . I felt completely dismissed by my agent. May have to switch to another agent.
