Mike is an average financial consultant (not aggressive). I saw little to no growth with the amount he was managing for me. Actually, I wouldn't say he managed anything; he just placed my investment in a growth fund because it was easiest. That's fine if you're 30 y/o. He doesn't predict the market swings and move funds accordingly to maximize gains and mitigate losses (a bit lazy). I didn't feel like he attempted to get to know me and my philosophy on money and investing. I would not use his or RJ services again as there are many better options to choose from.
