I am at BENTLEY PLACE APTS. on 3rd ST in Hayward. This New manager is ineffective with the Cleaning Staff who spend the 2-days they are here hiding from her. All Repairs are Not done until she's asked many times. She CAN NOT control Security within building; a Homeless Young Man Slept in Lobby until it was brought to her attention! What are the Security Cameras for Dog Urine reeks in the hallways. There was a huge Water Leak from Thursday's storm. Today 12/13/14, I just returned from attempting to Laundry my clothes; I found a WET, SOUR, MILDEW, TOWEL on a TRASH CAN, Not a BUCKET with WATER SITTING UNDER THE LEAK. She placed a "Last Minute" Note up on Saturday/Today saying she will be OFF 4-days; so how are we to wash clothes around this Filthy/Unsanitary Stinky, Mildew, Mess? How do we get X-mas Packages? She's RUDE to people who request she do her JOB and Refuse to Speak to them; But she's friendly with Men or Dog Owners, I guess? She Chastise Older Women in building and talk behind their backs To other Tenants! Every Sat. that she is work, she's actually NOT working but playing movies, TEXTING on Phone, Babysitting family kids, or Sleeping inside her apartment on Long Breaks. If FELSON wish to pay her for doing NOTHING that's their business; BUT...I'm going to ALAMEDA COUNTY Health Dept. regarding Dogs using hallway as Outside area. We've had Fleas, Bees, Smokers are able to Smoke on Balconies; Our new Remodel Grounds is FILTHY with Dog Poop & Fleas! Emerald can not perform any parts of the job Satisfactory; She says Inappropriate things to Tenants about her Private life. Rent check are NOT CASHED timely and Held sometimes! I suggest ALL TENANTS HOLD THEIR RENT...Who Cares? Not FELSON!
