Don’t come to this office! All they care about is filling up their pockets , they’re not here to help you ! Very unprofessional, when you try to ask about your rates and why they keep rising every few months ! They get offended and they treat and talk to you rude ! I went from $105 for 2 cars to $263 within a year ! What a scam … scam at its finest !

The only thing they do is collect the money on time other then that nothing good bad customer service, doesn't help for any kind of claims , thinking to leave their services.I spoke with Fernando and in his words we are here to offer sale services no too deal with any claim over a year they haven fix my car and no my fault I regreat to have All state as insurance and no get a lawyer worst insurance I ever have as well to this office sucks,,👎👎👎👎👎👎

Terrible customer service from a male. I did not get his name, I wish I would have but he hung up on me before I could even get the chance to ask! I was calling for information regarding my policy with Allstate when I asked for clarification on the matter he responded with a snarky remark ‘what’s there more to clarify, it’s as I just said’ well that was the issue! I needed it to be repeated I did not understand and just needed more clarification. He made his comment and repeats himself. I let him know that’s what I needed to know so thank you maybe my choice of words were poor but I did not appreciate the way he addressed me. I just needed it to be repeated and his response was uncalled for. He just ended the call, I understand customers service could be a lot sometimes maybe taking a break after a hard call could be ideal to come back and better assist future customers. I am willing to modify my review because I was also helped shortly by a woman who did provide good service but our call was short due to myself not having the correct information to provide her. She was helpful and told me I could call back and they’re there to help. I was hoping for the same representative but all representatives should be representing the provider with the same conduct.

This agent has been with me for 10 years now. I am always able to get fast answers to my questions, have updates as needed, and take the time to review my policies. They were here for me when I moved, and have called me when there was a chance to improve my rates or coverage so that I always have the best price as well as the right insurance. The people here are always helpful, polite, and available. If the office is closed, I normally get a reply to messages in less than 24 hours. Their roadside assistance program has been a lifesaver as well and unlike another company I used to have, the service is INCLUDED in my car policy free of charge, with better service!

Ridiculous I called Monday and they were ready to take my money but at the time I only had half two days later Wednesday and all of a sudden they are making all this stuff up they can’t even properly explain talking I’m circles save you guys the time and choose elsewhere I’m sure any insurance company is better than this one.

I have been an All-State client for more than 40 years. I know that it is not an Escamulla issue but the cell phone automated system was in need of a review. It was not a good experience at all. I did get to talk to a person from this All-State office and got the reason for my call taken care of. It is a concern that the phone option is so troublesome to use...in my case.

Rude male I requested a car insurance quote he said not writing car insurance policies at this time only life insurance and home insurance I asked him for a quote and he told me you are probably better staying with farmers insurance like im asking for a quote don’t worry about where I should stay he was probably busy texting on social media or really wanted to close the business which I don’t care if he doesn’t want to work maybe let someone else take the call this is terrible service i hope the company takes care of the personal issues with their employees
