I recently had to add another car and update my insurance policy. I had the pleasure of working with Agent Edgar. It was by far the most satisfying experience with customer service. I can’t thank him enough. He made the insurance process a walk in the park.

Agent Edgar is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive; he’s always ready to tackle my questions. He returned my calls more than few times during the process of adding a 3rd car and other necessary changes to my policy to make sure that everything was done properly.

In sum, Edgar provided excellent service, patience and consideration of my insurance needs. Also I want to point out that his bilingual skills were very helpful to me. I hope we can do more business in the future.

I highly recommend Agent Edgar to anyone looking for an insurance agent who puts customers first. His professionalism and assistance are truly outstanding.

I was just pricing for auto insurance to see if I could get a better rate than what I was already paying for my Tesla when I was connected with Gabby Soto from Fernando Lopez agency.

To say I was impressed with her service is putting in mildly. She not only provided the rates for the different coverage limits I was inquiring about, but she went through different scenarios on which coverage would be best for my liability exposures. In addition, after finding out I had my home and earthquake policy with St Farm, she found additional discounts she was able to apply.

In short, her quote was better than my current premium that I went ahead and purchased her policy and will just cancel current coverage once my new policy kicks in.

Edgar Ayala is a great asset to the state farm team he is caring, knowledgeable, and listened and understood to what i wanted he is a great representation of the office and the rest of the staff are very polite and professional when i walked into the office for the first time i didnt feel put off or pressured into purchasing something i wasnt 100% sure or they wouldn't get themselves the environment is very warm and accepting definitely recommend switch over to this agency office 🙂 glad to have met Fernando and Edgar who really took the time to help me find what i was looking for in a life insurance policy and also get coverage on my vehicles 😁
