My experience with Kyle was absolutely amazing. I decided to move in 2019 when my roommate unexpectedly moved out from our apartment. Obviously, I had no clue the pandemic was on the horizon. Kyle was extremely determined, patient, and diligent in finding my dream home...not to mention a home that checked all my boxes. After about 9 to 10 months of searching, we found it. Kyle also was nice enough to get me a housewarming gift. This was an awesome experience as a young adult. Very informative and fun at the same time.

We were randomly matched with Kyle (he was working for another company) when we started looking for a house in Brownsburg in 2019-2020. When he changed companies, he graciously offered to arrange for another realtor or move with him to his new company. We opted to stay with Kyle. We have never regretted our decision.
He is soft-spoken, gentle and kind. He was very good about knowing our needs/wants and directed us accordingly. He was very thorough and followed through on all of the details. Shortly after we found a house, our daughter started house hunting. Because of how he treated us, she chose to use Kyle. Eventually, he found them their forever house!

Worst experience in my life for selling a home. I have bought and sold 12 homes in my lifetime and have NEVER had issues like with this company. The agent never advocated for me. It was as if she was working for the buyers. The inspector, which is a friend of the agent clearly did not know what he was doing. Completely false information about things he deemed "needs attention". For example, he called the $10,000 WHOLE HOUSE WATER PURIFICATION system a water softener. It is NOT the same and has a 25 year warranty. He recommended replacement. Also said the hot water heater needs replaced. It's less than 5 years old! Said the chimney needs sweeped. It was sweeped less than a year ago and clearly there is no soot buildup. Said there was MAJOR hail damage to the roof. Had it inspected by 2 other independent contractors and both agreed there is very limited minor hail packs and simply needs a $400 repair. So, seller beware! I knew more about real estate sales than my agent.
