It’s a debit collector! However good luck trying to pay your bill! They take lunch from 12- till whenever they come back… that you have to leave a voicemail and let them decided when it’s convenient for them to call you back … if you have auto payment and call to pay early most of them sound like they are just not sure how to run your payment.. it should never be this difficult to pay a bill (including the legal department as well)

Rude. Unprofessional. Can't state their name when they call. Act like Social Security. Obviously debt collecters get a bad rep sometimes, but this one is beyond that. Just not good business. I wish they would sell my debt to someone else so I would never get a call again.

The people here are the most rude people I ever met. They can’t take no for an answer and wanna think they are smart and cute. If I say don’t call my phone anymore it isn’t that hard. Trying to get me to pay for something that’s already been disputed and taken off my credit report. Phone calls everyday for a year over $275 that isn’t even owed to you. Find a different profession.

Company is probably the lowest of the low from the way they communicate to the way they go after there accounts. Clearly an unprofessional and bad business. Even asked me for my social on the phone which is a violation (Edit) finally received something in the mail from these people after they “said they sent it” a previous three times which they did not, but after calling and having a hostile interaction seems they did, this place is a trash company with trash employees. A 10 dollar debt is something to laugh about and you clowns took it to a financial report before ever contacting me or reaching out to me.
