If you are thinking about using the company please think twice and read other people’s comments. Mr. Michael is extremely unprofessional. I made several attempts to contact and even pay a year in advance but I was told “they didn’t do that large of payments?” when I asked he stated he would have to call me back later that day “as he was very busy.” Too busy to talk to me and have a closing for his clients. Sure wasn’t someone wanting to sell a property very quick as I told him I would also make 12 month advanced payment upfront. I did not get a call back that day either and I had to reach out multiple times before even getting a response. I completely do not recommend anyone going here. The attitude and work ethic is horrible to say the least and was very very rude. I am extremely disappointed in my whole experience.

***And it was WAY more than “criteria” and instead of wasting your time commenting on Google on a Friday afternoon while “working” maybe you should do something more productive and focus on better customer service skills 🙂

We were hoping that we would have a better experience than all of these other reviewers had but unfortunately all of them were very accurate. We applied for a home and bear in mind that my fiancé and myself both have well above their minimum credit score requirements. Mr. Cain claimed that my score was below the minimum requirements even though I have proof from a few different reporting agencies that this is not the truth. I’m not positive on who he gets his credit reports through but I’m doubting his truthfulness. After speaking to him on the phone his display of unprofessionalism and very rude tone actually made me consider our rejection as a blessing. I don’t want to do business with such unprofessional people. I will also add that another associate there that I spoke to on the phone was also very rude and she was rushing the phone call and showed little to no interest in providing the information I was inquiring about making it seem that having to do HER JOB an inconvenience for her.

I give this agency 1 star and would give them less if it were possible.

I just want any potential renters to beware. These are not professional or friendly people to deal with. It’s a huge shame that they manage almost all rental homes in Warrick County. How they have managed to do so with their horrible customer relations and terrible business tactics goes beyond my understanding. After reading this if anyone still chooses to rent from this agency I wish you the best of luck and hope you know the mess you may be getting yourself into. I don’t know why they choose to not rent to people with the proper credit score me and that more than have the sufficient income to meet their requirements. Oh well. Hope this helps.

We rented through them for a year. If we had a maintenance issue they sent someone right out. When we moved out we received our entire security deposit back. Great company to rent from.

BUYER BEWARE! I contacted this company about a month ago to view a commercial property they were managing in Boonville. The day before I was to meet for the final time and submit my paperwork and fees, I got a TEXT that they had leased the property to someone else. I was crushed! As a small business owner, this was a huge step for my business, and the rug was ripped out from under me with no warning. I had been repeatedly assured that no one else had been interested. A week after that devastating text, I was told the tenant had backed out and the property was available again! YES! Within hours, I had submitted my paperwork and fees. Again I was making plans for my business’ future. I was just waiting to sign and get my keys, but two days later, they leased it out from under me... AGAIN. Apparently the previous applicant had changed his mind and the property manager had decided to go with him. SO UNETHICAL! I can’t believe they can treat people this way and stay in business!! If you’re thinking of leasing a property, be prepared for a world class run-around. I know I’ve learned a hard lesson I won’t soon forget. The agent I dealt with was friendly enough but this company needs a serious overhaul of their management team. HORRIBLE! I’d give 0 stars if I could!

Unfortunately, nearly every negative review I've read of this company is spot on. I can't recall when I've last seen such unprofessional within an organization. The worst part of all is the actual owner. He avoids and procrastinates and even lies. He promised me on a couple of different occasions that he would get right back to me and he failed to deliver every time. My advice, unless you have nothing better to do bypass this realtor at all costs.

I have called and called and emailed and messaged about a property that is for rent and never got any replies. Today I went there to turn in an application and to try to view the property and they reply with it has a pending application. Smh. Had you all replied to me last week me and my kids could have been on our way. But because you ignored my messages and emails my family missed out on the property we fell in love with. You sent me a automated email back and never replied to my voice-mails. So now your trying to lie also.

When i moved in to my property, within a week i saw roaches. I called immediately to have them spray for the roaches which they did but I wish I would have known ahead of time because this is about my sixth month into living here and they will not go away. Also.. they RARELY cut the grass. It has been a month since they cut my grass and its above my knee. I have left voicemails and no response.

Any issue I have had in renting with them for 4 years has been taken care of promptly. They respond quickly and are very understand and kind, at least in my experience. Donna always helps and makes any issue/process so easy.
