The absolute best customer service. I had a hacking issue while on vacation and all I had to do was make one call to the Eclectic branch and my problems were solved. Summer put me in touch with Abby and Carla and they immediately got to work and had my hacked account closed and my money returned. I always knew my hometown bank was special, but this experience definitely confirms that people still care and are willing to put in the extra effort to make a difference in others lives. Best bank ever, 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!!

My husband and I enjoyed working with Summer Fuller & Amanda Fomby to handle our new purchase/construction loan. The staff at FCBCA in Eclectic is the most personable and helpful staff I've ever dealt with when it comes to a bank. If your waiting for paperwork or a card every one speaks to you. I've only really been using my account for the last 6 months and everyone knows my name. I will always use them!!! Love the Eclectic branch.

The staff at FCB in Eclectic are amazing!
