WORST CONVENIENCE BANK

Is more accurate of a name for them. I had a real bad experience there today.. The lady was rude, unprofessional, and totally unwilling to offer me any assistance at all. I drove 30 minutes each way to get there and they completely wasted my time, my gas. and insulted me. It would have taken the lady 1 minute to solve my issue. I am an account holder there and the 3 or 4 other employees standing there hearing everything did not offer any assistance or information either. Customer service at this branch is dead. They have a culture of laziness, low standards. and a total lack of concern for the brand they represent and the customers that keep them in business. I am closing my account here and going somewhere that isn't going to tolerate unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful employees. The negativity they injected into my day is going straight back to the institution they represent because I will not lower my standards for customer service the way they have lowered theirs. First Convenience Bank is trash and Walmart really dropped the ball to let such a low class bank into their fold. The guy washing your windshield at the red light is more professional with better composure and more mindful of his actions then First Convenience Bank.

The worst most getto bank EVER! CUSTOMER service is horrible now that they have a new and most unprofessional (branch manager) and guess what her name is KAREN DELGAI She should be fired!! OR GET a job at McDonald's would be a better fit for KAREN... MOST IMPATIENT AND SERIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL, GO TO ANY OTHER BANK BUT THIS ONE ,LOCATED INSIDE WALLMART!
I WAS FORCED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AFTER BANKING THERE FOR 3 YESRS BECAUSE SHE WAS TO LAZY AND IMPATIENT TO HELP ME WITH MY DEBIT CARD PROBLEMS I WAS HAVEING , GOOD LUCK IN LIFE WITH YOUR ATTITUDE KAREN ,MAYBE LEAVE YOUR PROBLEMS AT THE DOOR WHEN YOU GET TO WORK, SHE WAS ALSO MEAN AND RUDE TO HER COWORKERS ,IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!

do not use this bank, they are the slowest people on planet earth, and they will waste your time. trust when i say this, DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE. and especially that manager and her assistant managers. little secret: they are posing as women, but they are actually men. Weirded me out when i found out yesterday. Listen i can respect the transgenders, but these 1st convienence bankers, are flat out lying about it. i mean if I ask you if your a man, and you tell me that your a woman, then your lying so why would I tryst you with my money creep. just tell people the truth that your a man then close my account

One of the worst branches in Arizona the tellers are rude and act as if we are bothering them! I can't imagine how they got hired or why they are still working there I am happy lollipop head is gone and the white girl that is too busy to help

I would rate this bank a zero if I could!!! Don’t waste your time at this bank. They have little to NO concern for their customers financial situation. First they don’t protect your money. If you have a identity theft scare or issue. The fraud department isn’t open 24 hours or even 7 days a week like most. Actually, I don’t know when that department opens because the hours change as often as they feel like it. All consumer Disputes are told to go to the FC to make a claim before they will do anything about it. Unless it’s fraud of course!!! You know the department you can’t get in touch with, because their hours are flaky... This branch got robbed in broad daylight and they never alerted their customers for caution. ITS IN A WALMART- WHERE KIDS ARE!!! If you are a member of the cash app like most of us are, all transfers will be denied and incoming funding are delayed 24-48 hours in effort to push the Zelle product. Every time I call customer service I have to go through at least 3 departments to get the issue resolved. Not to mention most of the customer service reps are either really unaware of their product line and oblivious to their environment, or just, out right nasty demeanor. I already complained to the BBB twice. The list is endless. And if you don’t believe me check out the 138 and counting complaints this bank has on the BBB website already. They are so negligent, that’s it’s not even funny!!! Im moving on to another bank as we speak.

Do not trust them. They don’t try to help you, they out source there customers support for calls and it’s funny how there’s always two hours of wait time and even when they call you back they hang up. They don’t try and they have a bunch of hidden fees and stuff is never properly explained

Needed change for fishing fee!

Just making a quick fishing trip purchase at Walmart and got cash back. Unfortunately at Walmart you don't get much interaction with sales reps so at the self checkout they gave me a 20 back. Instead of making a separate trip for change I thought I'd ask the convince bank. I was told very nicely of course they could give me change and then asked for my bank card. I told them I don't have an account with them and they said sorry we can't help you then. I said seriously you can't break this 20 for me and the teller as well as a manager said no we must run it through our system. Completely baffled m
e. Just poor poor customer service will never ever open a bank here not that I had any interest before but just wow!

If you have an existing loan from somewhere other then this bank do not waste your time filling out the app for refinance. This bank only cares about what they can get from your account not what they can do for you. Unfortunately I have been with them for a while and have three accounts with them. The one and only perc with this bank is they are open 95% of the year. Also do not take a photo of your check and try online deposit. You will be without your money for a minimum of ten days. Weather you have a good account standing or not. Meanwhile they will make sure you get over draft after overdraft.
