Everyone at credit union are very pleasant and helpful. We have been working with Julie on some banking changes we are making and she is really awesome ‼️ If you're looking to make a change, I highly recommend you checkout First County. They merged with Munseetown Credit Union and we've been customers there for 20 some years. Their rates are better too. So goodbye crooked Star Bank.

Saturday hours, drive thru window, and 24-7 atm access. Friendly, and helpful staff. Technology focused on convenience. Only critique is a lack of locations, and it appears they are working on this with recent acquisitions. And requiring relinquishing id to be scanned for small cash deposits is a little weird

I have always love this bank been with them for yrs but here now they are make changes which is good but now I can't access my account on my mobile anymore they need to make sure ppl can get to there account on there mobile before they just stop the on line mobile banking they had
