First FarmBank is a delight to do business with! We’ve been doing our LLC and personal business with them since the bank was pretty new to Yuma. Staff at the Yuma branch are very efficient in meeting our needs and keeping us happy! The service is friendly, accurate and accommodating, which all is a must for us. The service manager is very knowledgeable and does a great job balancing her duties while training the tellers and new accounts staff, as well as covering in both areas. We’ve had a hiccup or two in the lending area but still are very pleased with their desire to help us maintain our businesses good standing and kept us operating. We appreciate the loan officers advice given and the employee that does the loan servicing. Both are very approachable.
The branch itself is in a convenient location. Easily accessible and alway clean and well stocked with supplies. The beverage area is appreciated too. We always recommend First FarmBank in Yuma!
