I love First Federal Mortgage of Florence, Al. Cyndee Oliver was our loan officer during the purchase of our first home which was all the way in Nashville, TN. She calmed all of our first time homebuyer nerves!! She was intelligent and even took my calls on weekends! Everyone in the office is super nice and friendly. The in house loan processing and underwriting is top notch! I tell everyone in the Shoals area about this company and everyone here in Nashville! You must use First Federal in Florence!!!
