You guys suck major ass! Been on hold for something urgent and you guys just let it ring. IRS answered so much quicker than you guys. Do everyone a favor and shut down.

This is possibly the worst bank ever. Do not open an account here, you will never be able to use your own money. They constantly block my account and they never call or notify me, I don’t find out until I call and ask what’s going on. There’s never a legitimate reason either, they’ll block my account for a $4 charge at a Starbucks I often go to then CANCEL THE CARD COMPLETELY WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. So then I have to wait 7-10 days for them to send me a new card just for the same thing to happen 5 months later. Picture your card declining for no reason when you’re trying to spend $7 on food, that’s what you can expect with this bank periodically. Do you know how many cards I have because of their stupidity? Far too many. Not to mention they also had an issue where your PIN number would suddenly stop working then try to blame it on you for having a personalized pin when it’s the pin they assigned you. I wish I got paid every time they disappointed me. Bottom line, go anywhere else unless you’re really trying to save, in that case, this place is perfect because you’ll never be able to get to your money anyway!

I feel extremely protected by online service. I like their password entry and reaffirmed digit code on cell phone to log into account. I bought a new car using their services and all transactions went smoothly. Best way to buy a car if you have done your research. Also got a great price for car. Any questions I have or transactions, have been done easily over the phone.

I've been with FFCU since 1997 and have ALWAYS received the best service plus no monthly account fees. I have purchased 2 cars through their loan dept with interest rates that could not be beat. Best is the online app--extremely easy to use and always accessible--love being able to deposit checks online--with my phone. My Iphone has face recognition, so unless I'm wearing my mask, I can easily check my account balances, transfer funds, etc. Can't understand the other reviewers that say their money is not accessible Mine always is.

I hate their online banking everytime I try to use it my login does not work. Password never works a second time. When I try to reset the system sends a temp password that does not work either unless I am on the line with a rep, which you can only reach Monday thru friday during work hours. Closing my accounts when my car is paid off. The rep made me think taking their loan over the dealer was better, it cost me more less covered under their extended warrenty which also cost more. Interest rate ended up higher.

One of the worst bank branch, I had to deal with, called in advance made an appointment, called almost 3 hours later for an update with Alicia she was rude and didnt seem to care that she didnt call to inform me she wad behind. Decided not to open the accounts will be taking my business else where . Dont even waste your time, worst customer service ever experience.

Lies. Lies a lot. My entire family used this credit union for decades and they have lied their way out of everyone's business with them. Most of my family have moved to better teacher focused credit unions. Check rates at other credit unions they are prob better
