Came to cash my paycheck. Used drive thru line since there was nobody there. She says “we have a line in the lobby it’s going to be a wait.” I thought the purpose of using the drive thru line was to get expedited service. Terrible customer service. I’m still sitting out here in my car and there’s nobody else in the drive thru line. They have my checks and ID so I can’t leave. Been waiting 12 minutes now and have seen multiple people go in the bank and out. They are ignoring me and leaving me to wait.
