I visited the Gulf Shores branch on Friday, August 18 to gather information about setting up three bank accounts. I was greeted warmly by Helen, who referred me to Michele. Michele was helping out on the teller line. She and Helen took the time to explain my options and answer all of my questions. Michele was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Michele offered to set up the accounts online for me since I work an 8 to 5 job. She provided me with a list of documents I needed to provide her. Once I emailed the required documents to Michele, she set up the accounts within minutes. I was impressed by her efficiency and attention to detail.

I am not the only The First Bank customer in Gulf Shores, but Michele made me feel like I was the only one that mattered. She is solution-minded and went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. I was particularly impressed that she was willing to work the teller line, even though she is the branch manager. It shows that she is humble and values customer service and the employees at the Gulf Shores branch above all else.

I am so glad that I chose to bank with The First Bank. Michele and Helen have made me feel like a valued customer. I am confident that I am in good hands.
