My heart is saddened at the service i received at this Bank in Hughes Arkansas, on 2/2/24 I went to first national bank of Hughes Arkansas and I asked the Teller/ Teresa to take $400 from my Direct Express Card , she ran my card and then she said that the bank was offline and that i needed to get the money from the ATM unfortunately she had already tied up $400 when she ran my card and then I a. Unable to get my money from bank its tuesday 2/7 and my $400 for my rent is still stuck in the bank system and even the Forrest City Arkansas Branch has refused to return my money they are blaming Direct Express Card but their teller ran my card and tied my money up and they are refusing to return it, what a horrible bank they are and their Teller is very incompetent and the corporate office is terrible as well. They refuse to take responsibility for it. Don't trust this Bank they are full of excuses and they will tie your money up and give you tons of excuses

Not really bank. No lobby access. Can't deposit change or get bills for change. Bank believes this is a community of thieves. Inadequate account set up, takes two years to get qualified for mobile deposits.
