We showed up to open an account only to find out out their lobby was closed.
We called the bank and they said we needed to make an appointment, so we did. It would be in 2 hours.
We returned 15 minutes before appointment. Waited 15 minutes past appt time and called again. We were told someone would be right out to get us. Waited 15 more minutes and no one came out.
Not very good customer service.

the bank needs to fix their hours like they said their closed there is no holiday today april 13 2023. Like if we customers have a question and u all dont answer then were not going to give u business like this is not the first time please fix and make sure ur not just closed for no reason thank u
