Katrina Wade I agree with you .ask me my experience! The way they treated me when my mom died, and I was the benefiary! Well they locked down her account and would not let me stop payments on all of her ACH drafts she had coming out, so even after she died payments kept coming. One girl even told the CNA lady that she could legally "take" the rest of mom s money if she wanted it before I got the death certificate, and probated will(because she was on mom's account to help her write checks and pay bills. The CNA lady said she would never do that! (my mom did not even know how to use a debit card! ) there is still money missing, mom had several thousand left in her account but the bank sent back ACH payments, one to Verizon and one to Amazon. Her phone bill her cable.bill. and since I could not stop the ACH on her phone bill she got charged for 2 months that TDS would NOT refund.
And tried to charge ME NSF FEES - and sent the Amazon to collections. If they had let me stop all the ACH bill drafts, there would not have been extra charges trying to come out months after she passed!

All the ladies and gentlemen that work at the Centre location are AMAZING to work with. They are willing to help with any problem I may have, with a quick response time. I always leave there with a smile on my face.

Every experience I’ve had with the ladies at this bank on the phone have been awful. By far the rudest bunch of people I have encountered. They are no help and act like you are asking so much of them for something as simple as to look into your account regarding an issue. I like that there are no monthly fees for having an account here and I originally thought this was one of the best banks. However, after being a customer for a five years I have finally closed my account due to rude staff. I never write reviews but went through the trouble just because of the customer service I have received here.

Someone posted using my name and it was not me. I cannot imagine why someone would do such a thing but they did. I have never banked at this bank and though on rare occasions have used the ATM downtown when visiting Centre I have no banking relationship whatsoever with these people. Somehow via a mutual acquaintance the customer service folks at the bank tracked down my cell phone number and called or I wouldn't have known about this. I know one person who is a former client of the former attorney noted and this person is a former client of many local attorneys and would be well known to all of the local judges, attorneys, the city police as well as the sheriff's department with whom I had a business dispute a couple of months ago but I shall not name them here. If I had to guess that's where it came from. In summary, someone created a google "account" with my name and apparently intentionally posted the negative review thereunder. I had nothing to do with it and if I can find a legal remedy I will pursue it. I regret any inconvenience this has caused the bank, their employees, or their customers.

Poor telephone customer service. Every time I have to call about my account, I feel as if it's a chore for them to help me. It's as if, I am bothering someone just to do their job. Also, very limited online capability for small things that the consumer should be able to take care of. I will eventually be closing this account.

Stay away. There are good banks in this town, and this bank is literally full of only hand picked crooks.
