I found out that my dream home was coming up for sale! My son had recently used 1st bank to buy my parents land.. he highly recommended that I use 1st State Bank! I called an made an appointment with Jennifer.. she was so very nice and helpful!, told me exactly what I needed to do and the process was started! As a mail carrier I was trying to buy a home during the month of December, which is complete madness! But Jennifer and her team helped me and was patient through the whole process!! I closed on my home at the beginning of January!
