I had a nice experience with this company in 2023 for a temporary event where we rented about 13 clover units for three days. We chose to use them again in 2024 by renting 17 devices but the experience has been horrible.

Half the devices failed to connect to LTE so we had to run out during the event and get a cellular wifi router. There were no support technicians available by phone during our events, costing us thousands. Then returning the devices was a nightmare. Finally, after all services canceled and devices returned, they kept charging us outrageous fees as if we were still clients. It's now been two months back and forth by email with the sales rep we rented from where I've been promised a refund and even told my refund was processed (it was not). I'm honestly about to file a small claims case to get over $3,500 back in excess charges. Tired of it.

SCAM!!! Don’t ever use their merchant services, it’s impossible to end services. They will keep charging you and refused any fund after return equipment and stopping services. They will lie and say you never called to cancel. Fraud and Thief!

I don’t use anything from this company and I’ve never heard of this company before today. But I got an email notification from my bank in California saying someone had logged into my account in the middle of the night and it gave me the IP address and so I looked it up and it belongs to this company so I think they’re doing some super scam stuff. I would stay away.

If I could give zero stars I would, They will randomly decide you are High Risk when using their merchant services and Hold your money....and keep requesting clients information......Steer clear of this company/Clover merchant services.
