I rented from Adrian for my first home. Although it was a short rental period (15 months) it was still one of the most straightforward and simple experiences I could have asked for. Adrian is always available when you need him and makes sure he takes care of his tenants as long as you take care of his property. Again, I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. We relocated out-of-state from Georgia in summer 2010 and Adrian served as our property manager for over 5 years until we sold our house in late 2015. He was very professional and always accessible by phone, text, and email with quick response time. We had 3 different tenants in those 5 years, and the monthly payments were sent timely accompanied by monthly statements and end-of-year tax statements. Adrian is knowledgeable of the area and always followed through on what he said he would do. He also had good advice when it came time to list the house for sale. For a reasonable fee, he supervised the replacement of all carpet and new paint before it eventually sold.

My family and I were fortunate enough to run into Adrian with Flackwell Properties about 5 years ago when we rented our first house with him. The first house we rented for 4 years and the second house we have been there for 1 full year. We could not be happier renting from Adrian. Very prompt when something goes wrong.
