I got profiled at this bank because of what I can only assume was my skin color by the lady who was working the drive through. Never had this problem with any other employees but for some reason this lady would not cash a check and flagged it at fraudulent. Had to go back to who issued the check and get them to reissue it. Worst experience especially since this is my first time dealing with blatant racism in this town.

Update: The branch manger has decided to lie and start a fraud investigation on the account. I just got confirmation from others involved that she is fabricating a story that makes it seem justified that she marked the check as fraudulent. Next time you decided to lie please remember the correct location at the bank where you say the fraud took place otherwise your story already falls apart.

I have been banking with this Foothills location for the past few years. The customer service is unmatched, and we have had zero issues. As a small business owner I can’t imagine banking with anyone else. It feels as if my business is as important to me as it is to them.

I am very disappointed with the hours and days that Foothills Bank is now open since their takeover or merger. One of the main reasons that I opened my accout with them was that they were open from 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday and intil 6pm on Saturdays... It has been a real inconvenience for me and several people I know as wells as many friends who also bank with Foothills. Not everyone xan get to the nank befor 4pm due to working hours and the fact that they're no longer open on Saturdays is a major Disappointment.

I have been a Foothills Bank customer from the beginning. It has always been a good bank to deal with.
As far as customer service they have always gone far above the other banks I have dealt with. I have not been in the Prescott branch but will be in it very soon. Than I will tell you if it is just this branch. ,

We just established a checking account Could not find ATM locations online but received response from owner. ATM'S at 2 Prescott branches and Prescott Valley Branch. I stand corrected!!

I love this Bank! More of the Major& larger banks could use FHB as training for Customer Care as well as what it means to get real down home personal and service without all the up selling or fees.Thumbs up to FHB!
