5 stars isn’t enough for the service that Foster Pump provides. Wyatt video called me to diagnose the issue with my pump, then patiently walked me through how to fix the issue. I’ll be recommending Foster Pump for many years!

This team is outstanding. Nobody else could take our well issues in a short amount of time. They were able to repair and replace and provide an operational well for many years to come. This team is outstanding. Explained everything as they went and the cost was way better than we thought. Not only all of that water test came back with a perfect grade when tested! Thank you guys!

I initially left a bad review because I was (negatively) surprised by the price of my well inspection. Wyatt asked for an opportunity to talk over the price with me to try and make me happy. My impression was wrong, so he told me what he did for me and justified his price. After that conversation, I am happy with the service I received and the price, so I want to turn this into a 5 star review.

Normally, we use Tanner Well Service but they were unresponsive because they have more work than they can handle. So, we used Foster Pump Sales & Service. Our well pump went down on a weekend. Foster responded and replaced the needed part by Monday. In addition, Foster help solved a problem we had when Tanner replaced our last pump where we were getting a great deal of silt in the house water so that we had to install a filter. That solution worked for a year but then we had to start changing the filter every 2xweeks instead of every 3x months. Foster modified the setup and now we only have to change the filter every 1-2x months. In addition, Foster added a control board to monitor the well remotely. Note: Foster completed the repairs over 6x months ago. I wait to see if their repairs to the well would stay fixed.

Called several times before a call back. Came out and promised a report on what I needed for my well. Two weeks pass no report. When called,only has voicemail. After waiting and calling for two weeks still no call back or report. If it were not for they are only one of two businesses concerning wells,I would go elsewhere
