Fox Benefits helped me in my time of need, I can't stress how client oriented and detailed they were. Margarite is so knowledgable and amazing at what she does! Together with her team, they figured out my needs in no time and got me insured under a great policy that not only fit my price range, but also covered everything I needed. Fox Benefits ran provider searches for me to ensure I was able to see great physicians, provided me with breakdowns of several different plans to choose from (including cost and plan details) and gave me their recommendations. They were very communicative, respectful of my needs and kept me in the loop during the entire process. Even after my policy was in place, every time I had any questions about specific procedures or costs, Fox Benefits did the research on my behalf and told me exactly what to ask for so I wasn't paying extra on things I didn't necessarily need. Also, when my parents were on the hunt for insurance plans, I referred them to Fox Benefits and they did an amazing job with their policies too. My parents were very pleased. Fox Benefits provides the kind of service that should be the gold standard for the entire insurance industry I was completely blown away with their drive to go the extra mile for their clients. They are not like most insurance agencies where you’re just a number. Miss Fox and her staff take the time to get to know each and every client on a first name basis. They are on your side and will fight for you when the big insurance companies try to give you the runaround about what they will and will not cover. They’re staff is always helpful and courteous with a vast knowledge of all aspects of the insurance industry to get you the best coverage for you budget.

I have been doing business with Fox Benefits for 13 years. As insurance needs can be extremely confusing and scary, it is crucial that you can rely and depend on an agent with experience, patience, and the knowledge to provide you a policy that is customized to your individual needs.

Once my husband and I got married and bought our house, we felt it necessary to protect each other in case of a horrific event. It was important that we had peace of mind knowing that, God forbid, if one of us were left alone, we wouldn't have to worry about there being a roof over our head. We sat down with Margarite Fox, the owner, at our home and went over several options. She was so patient and spent a couple of hours in explaining to us what each option meant and, together, we chose a life insurance policy. It was a perfect plan, customized for us, that would cover the cost of our home if something were to happen to either one of us and that we could afford!

I have, through the past 13 years, recommended the Fox Benefits team to all my friends and family. I have never heard anything but praise and appreciation from them all.

[1-STAR RECOMMENDATION] Unfortunately, the hiring process very much needs to be significantly improved, as the process as it stands currently could have been much more expedited and not waste the prospective candidate's time, energy, and efforts. The prospective employer should NOT dictate to the candidate what he/she is looking for, it is the candidate's job to convey this information (which I did)! All in all, it seems as if there is no room for any negotiations regarding the hourly compensation rate for the position sought.
