Mike was super efficient when I backed into my nieces car yesterday. Within minutes my claim was filed and both cars were set up for estimates and repair. The folks at this office have been very helpful to me ....especially going the extra mile in helping me find information about an accident and former insurer when I was served with a notice of a lawsuit....I appreciate that.

On another front....when I was last in their office approximately 3 months ago not one of 4 people working there was wearing a covid mask....when asked the essence of the response was that they did not have to do so.
Well that is true....but it's very insensitive and bad business to not respect me as a customer who was wearing one.
I hope that has since changed.
