You know what? I've only lived here about 6 or 7 months and have had zero problems. We were homeless when we found this place and we're treated with respect, they were very helpful and very very nice, I have nothing bad to say about this place,

Worst property management company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They manage roach infested dumps that are in a constant state of disrepair. All units are furnished with old rundown appliances that have all been repaired far too many times and are on the verge of failing the first time you use them. I personally went with out a REFRIGERATOR for 4 months! 4 freaking months! All through the holidays without any cold food! For lack of a better term they are slum lords. They do the bare minimum by law, if even that. Just one man's obviously jaded opinion/experience! If you like and have had a good experience with them then good for you, truly. I wish I were allowed to post negative stars.

The management office was very accommodating with my situation. When I have a maintenance issue they have always come out and fixed my problem. When the needed to order a part for my ac i was notified and offered a window ac while waiting on my part to come in. I appreciate everything that they have done to help me have a roof over my head.

I've been here here for nearly three years, I've never once cause a problem and apparently I've stayed here not on the lease because the idiots never put me on it. Even though I signed it AND I was 24 at the time of move in. Also the on-site managers tell hideous lies about people and share personal as well as financial business of tenants. They also do methamphetamine on site in their apartment. There are Tweakers galore. They're consistently frequenting the property, and shooting up behind the dumpster. The apartments are disgusting, nothing ever gets fixed properly, there are nice tenants who are stuck here because there was literally no where else to go, but most of them are felons, you name it. No one really wants to live here. If you can avoid it do not move in to any of their locations, but especially not Columbus Avenue. Unless you like drugs, gunshots and muggings.
