I visited the ER department and Dr Bailey was amazing. The wait was less than 5 minutes to get back to a room. They did all the necessary procedures, lab work, CT all on site. They were very efficient, and a pleasant staff at this facility. The whole team was very knowledgeable and caring.

RN Ashely was honestly rude. Came in with the kids and from the start she had an attitude. We told her kids were sick but one of the kids was sick for almost 2 weeks and sounded horrible, the other was my 5 month old also sick with a wet cough and running nose. She made it seem like it’s nothing and that it was pointless and no reason for us to go in. UM 5 MONTH OLD. Was careless with the monitoring process that even when we got discharged we had a wonderful older lady come in and re take vitals for her own sake on BOTH kids which made me feel so much more comfortable! The doctor was also very kind and helpful and helped with any questions! But the “little cold” our kids have turned out to be RSV which is extremely dangerous especially with how young they are so we will be monitoring very closely. So thank you to the doctor and other nurse who gave us discharge papers and retook vitals. Ashely I hope your attitude improves.

I visited tonight Christmas Eve with my son who has been sick with pneumonia for 10 days. The staff were all very kind, and QUICK! We spent 1 minute in the waiting room, after being triaged by the nurse the doctor greeted them at the door and took over. Dr finished and walked out, immediately xray came in. Dr read results and had our medicines sent into pharmacy before even coming back in. Our discharge papers immediately followed. They did everything I requested without hesitation. Dr explained to me how pneumonia works and was able to put my mind at ease. My son is resting comfortably. Highly recommend if you want fast friendly efficient care.

If I could give a zero review I would, I went in on Christmas Eve because I felt a decreased in fetal movement with my daughter and I was told by my doctor it was OK if I went to the nearest hospital just to get a check up when I watch the emergency room I was greeted with a very rude bothered look from the receptionist, like she was bothered that I was there and bothering her while she was reading her book. very discriminating. Had an attitude like I was beneath her and it is not the first time that I have had this encounter with her. then she proceeds to get up have an attitude and said well I need to see if there is an ultrasound tech here, so I politely said OK ma’am thank you so much for checking. about five minutes later I had an RN come out basically give me the disgusting look of up and down and tell me as I am hysterical in tears because I had not felt my daughter move that if I was that worried they would start an iv and call an ambulance. She proceeded to then get an attitude with me when I said well I just wanted to be checked out. I then proceeded to say thanks have a great night and merry Christmas and she got offended with me saying merry Christmas. because she gave me the most evilest look I have ever seen in my entire life. I would not recommend this hospital to anybody. when you go to the hospital, you’re supposed to get the utmost care and respect as a patient and feel like they’re gonna do the best for you. here they make it feel cold, uncaring, and and uncomfortable. and make it feel like you are beneath them and you are a bother to them. I have noticed from any other reviews that other people have complain about this receptionist too, so when are you gonna do something about her cause she’s making y’all look bad.

Sadly, more negative than positive. Brought my son in for a broken finger and experienced numerous red flags. 1. Nurse was going to order an xray of a single finger before knowing exactly where the injury was, who X-rays a single finger? Luckily, whole hand was viewed after I spoke up. 2. Doctor examined the hand/ finger and got vocal with my son for flinching a bit-it’s called guarding, people guard when they are in pain. 3. Nurse applied splint upside down and taped it that way to go home (I have pictures showing how incorrectly this was done) 4. Radiology documented wrong hand in his report, it clearly stated left throughout his chief complaint and xray order, but he documented the right side. I have personally worked in healthcare for 10 years, this was unfortunately one of the worst visits I’ve seen/ experienced.

The desk person was nice as was the Dr.
More efficient than Northwest except the nurse, her name is Gigi.
Rude, and basically said my child shouldn't be there . Never encountered an er nurse so rude before. Sad what has happened to the medical profession these days.

All the staff were super friendly except for our main nurse Ashley Kelson. She did not have any bed side manner and was a bit on the rude side. We came in with a baby.
They tell you to email them with your name and number but no one actually emails you back so there’s that as well.

love the nurses here! i had to take my 4 yr old this afternoon. the nurses were so sweet to him. one nurse gave him a warm blanket and tucked him all in, she also gave him a stuffed animal. he’s been carrying around the stuffed animal all day 😂 he had to have xrays and the technician that came in was also so sweet! she made conversation with me like she knew me personally, i appreciated that. thank you to all our hard workers! ❤️
