Has a good atmosphere and cordial employees. Hallie was super helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I’ve never had any problems banking with Frandsen, have had an account since I was 14.

Worst experience I’ve yet to have with a bank. Turned my debit card and account off for a few months and they proceeded to let a charge go through. Now I have numerous over draft fees and they won’t do anything about it. When my account is off payments shouldn’t go through and then for them to keep tacking on fees without a single phone call or email about it. Shows they’re money hungry and don’t care about their customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Card has been shut off multiple times still waiting for another new one after 2 months and several calls and fraund happens about 4 times a year go somewhere else besides here

Been working with them for alittle over 4 years now. They always withhold my checks. Debit card gets shut down almost every week because of “fraud” (I’m an otr truck driver so I’m going to be moving state to state) workers are very rude. Over draft fees even though money is in the account. Enough is enough we’ll be moving banks.
