They are never in office, there is no line of communication. Also, they do not keep accurate records of any financial transactions. Further more, they are understaffed.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Sheryl was too horrific to keep it to myself. She is incredibly rude and snarky! The lots for sale in the rural community managed by FPMG are very large (some 13 acres), so I called to ask the rules concerning grazing animals in the community, as there are some equestrian HOA communities that allow them with limitations. During the initial 45 second phone call, Sheryl interrupted me and said "Someone is here, call back in 5 minutes." I suppose that client's needs superseded mine, so I agreed to call back. She called me back 2 minutes later so I proceeded with my inquiry. She would not let me get a word in as I attempted to get the specific info on the lot I was interested in. She harassed me with rude and fleeting comments as I scrambled to find the info she wanted before answering my question. When I told her I felt bombarded, she proceeded to gaslight me and justify her rudeness. I was shaking and nearly in tears by the end of the call. I suppose she realized she frustrated me, so she sent a text to again justify being rude to me. Sheryl cost the seller of this lot a sale. I would NEVER want to live in a community managed by this company.

Sheryl is the broker of Franklyn Property Management. She is the rudest, most ill-informed, hateful customer-facing employee I have ever met. It’s particularly jarring to get one of her emails dripping with venom and closing with the quote, “Prayer works, kindness of a stranger strengthens, and the love of God heals the soul.”
