The absolute worst insurance provider in America. The staff does nothing to help they just sit there and tell you to call the 800 number. That's if the store is even open because sometimes they're closed all day for no reason. When you actually do get file a claim fred loya won't send an adjuster to take photos and they won't call to follow-up. They said that's my responsibility. Don't waste your time or money with Fred loya

Literally everytime I've come to pay my insurance this office is closed. It's a joke at this point. Don't waste your time coming to this one. Go to the one on Hesperian that ACTUALLY does have people inside during business hours. You guys need to adjust your hours on Google and or just close this place down since you can't keep it occupied. Real talk. We have better things to do than travel to multiple offices to catch you guys doing your job. Just close it, save all of your clients the headache.
