We love that Seth, Bernie, Summer, and Spencer were available for us at all times during our home buying process and worked very quickly to help us secure our home. Writing this review while my family and I are currently enjoying our newest vacation/investment home that we processed through Full Circle Home Loans. I’ve gone through a few mortgages and already have PTSD dealing with banks when it comes to home lending process. Not only did Seth, Spencer and Bernie instantly found me the best rate for what I needed, they managed to seamlessly take my loan to closing ahead of time. Without a doubt, their team of professionals are highly trained, on top of their game and love what they do. I cannot be any happier with the level of service that I received. From start to finish, they were responsive to my multiple questions, they made it easy to navigate the documentation requirements and most of all, they communicated with me every step of the way so I know exactly what I had to submit and even inform me of timeline on their end which they never failed to deliver! Since then, no issues have come up, and their dedication remains consistent. Their exceptional service during the loan process was followed by their continued responsiveness long after closing.
