I called 3 weeks ago trying to get pricing for all my insurance needs from Michael, and was told he'd call back on Monday, 2 weeks go by and nothing then I call back and talked to Kevin he said he'd check into it and call back in 10 minutes , I have yet to hear back and that was several days ago. Needless to say if they can't keep their word on getting back to you imagine how you would be treated if you was a customer...

I called on 11/16 around 9 am. I spoke with a woman and gave her all necessary info for a new auto and renters policy. She said she would look around and call me back. To this day I’ve never heard back from anyone.
I also submitted an email request on their website on 11/20 (no response from that) I also tried calling again today 12/1 (no answer).
Irritated I wasted my time giving someone the info to just never hear from them again.

I have had a great experience with Gaffney! My parents had me insured on their policy for a long time, and when it came time to purchase my own policy, Michael was extremely helpful. He looked over quotes I received from other companies to advise me on recommended levels of coverage and finding a good price. The agent that I worked with is Mike, and he is incredible. I am a young adult who recently got married, and so I was looking to get car insurance for both my wife and I's cars.
He offered me a deal to pay less money for two cars than I was paying for my 1 car with my old agency before I got married! I don't know a whole lot about car insurance, but I do know that paying less money for more product is always good! And on top of all of this, Mike was super pleasant to work and talk with. Great experience!
