Gallery mortgage came through for me when four other traditional mortgage companies could not. I had bought a house on contract with a balloon payment ant the end of the contract. A year before the contract had ended I started the process of finding a lender. At the request of the seller I had made my house payment in cash. Big mistake. The four companies I had worked with were not will to except the fact that I had been making the payments in cash. You wouldn't believe the hoops I had to jump through to prove I made cash payments on time and every month. Well needless to say Gallery mortgage took me all the way when the other companies promised to get us the mortgage and backed out at the very end. Very frustrating. I wish I would have found Gallery mortgage in the beginning. The last company I worked with before Gallery mortgage was a local company who was great to work with but couldn't seal the deal because of the cash payments actually turned me on to Gallery. The seller I was working with was get very frustrated and I was breech of contract at the time, and was about to be homeless. Gallery didn't make any promises but we're very confident that it would work this time. As a last ditch effort I went for it. Well we didn't loose our house. Gallery was fantastic. The staff were amazing to work with and very fast through thw entire process. I would recommend Gallery mortgage for any type of mortgage not only for the untraditional sort.
