Elizabeth and Mike know realty, and more importantly they know Gallup. They got me the best possible house within my means. They are honest, and they worked hard for my best interest every step of the way. Liz even fought for me an entire day at the Gallup City Utilities office when city made a mess of something simple due to their office's own miscommunication and unreasonable processes. Liz and Mike and their team are professional and personable, and they are transparent and timely in every matter concerning their home buyers. Mike took the time to explain every document to me. As a first time home buyer this is what I needed to be confident in buying a house. They both are great to do home tours with too. They know what to look for, and they know what questions to ask home owners in order unveil any possible flaws. They are the perfect blend of home-town kindness and personality, with big city tact and professionalism. Not sure how else to say it, except that they are the standard in Gallup.

It's a small town. I was born and raised here. I moved away and came back to settle recently. For the most part, this place is still the same, same buildings, same schools, same neighborhoods. I have a lot of good memories of running around downtown going to El Morro to catch the latest movie, looking for moccasins at Gallup Electric. Also, not everything is the same. Downtown is more diverse and there is a different energy - eclectic one - arts, still the traditional native vibe but now there is a more modern art vibe here. Food is always good and comforting from Mexican to Indigenous to American. There is always something good going on here. Oh sure, there is crime here but sirens don't blare every minute of the day. What blares and is comforting to me are the sounds of the trains that stroll through downtown to get form here to there blowing their horns and the church bells that ring every hour on the hour during the day. It's nostalgic to me. It's like going back in time with some things and places missing but it is still here...home. Ya gotta love it!

I would not recommend this re-estate agency to anyone. I was in contract to buy a property and at the same time before the closing they were trying to switch me to another property. I was told that they were talking the seller down on the price when I had the money for purchase. They gather information to build up their own company and were not able to get me the property I wanted to purchase. Their house buying process took three months which ended up in no deal. I worked with Century 21 4 yrs ago and the process of buying a property only took just about a week.
