I have been with Gary Annis at State Farm for over 10 years. I've had a couple claims over the years, and it was seamless to get them taken care of. I will admit, some of the assistants have been more responsive than others but I feel like that is how it goes with businesses sometimes. Gary usually responds when I have major issues or questions that need to be answered. I just got off the phone with Lydia and she was very helpful, courteous and explained some of the benefit questions I had. Overall, I am satisfied with the services provided. I wouldn't be a customer for 10 years if it wasn't a good business.

I was a client with Gary Annis for 5 years. No claims, no issues. Was planning an international move and asked Kristin Wilkinson and David Becker individually for claims experience letters. This took over 6 phone calls and 3 weeks to get right. This should have been a simple task. Then I moved and asked to cancel my policies... again talked to both Kristin Wilkinson and David Becker multiple times but neither actually cancelled the policies as requested. Weeks later and no refunds. Phoned again, emailed again and again. It’s been 8 weeks and only 2 of 4 policies have been cancelled but the cancellations were not backdated to the date I cancelled (even after sending proof of new coverage) and I still do not have my refund. The last call was with Gary Annis himself who said he would look into things. Gary Annis - if you are reading this I want my money back!

Best in the business for Auto Insurance! They ALWAYS come correct as far as their rates go, they give you EXACTLY what you were quoted. Not a dollar more. The employees here at this branch are by far the sweetest! They are so genuine and helpful and always going the extra mile to make a customer feel satisfied. I don't know about anyone else.. but me personally , car insurance is a BIG DEAL to me! I take it pretty, serious. Because in reality.. things happen. State Farm makes sure you are well covered and the prices are unbeatable. Thanks guys!

Been with this office for years and have never had any problems until lately. They no longer answer their phone and don’t call you back when you leave a message. I’ve been waiting for 6 weeks today for Kirstin to return my call (s). I was in an accident of which I had no fault and trying to get my medical bills information to her as well as my doctors office. They won’t call them either. I will be changing offices on all our vehicles and our home as soon as I finally to this settled. No excuse for such poor quality of service and their excuses. I’m sure they’ll come up with one assuming I ever reach them.

This is by far the worst agency I have ever had the misfortune to call upon on behalf of a client trying to purchase a home. Nannette Milette the representative, was rude, had no intention of providing service for her customer. She even cut off the phone calls when no one would answer the phone. Claiming owner Mr. Annis was in jury duty (thank you for that service Mr. Annis), but you should know your representative is doing your business a disservice in your absence. Feel free to reply and I will give you further details of the appalling customer service your agent is providing.

Service has gone downhill since Annie left - my whole family and my parent's policies were switched to another state farm because I was fed up with no communication. They hardly ever answer their phone and when they do if takes forever to get the answer. Still haven't received an e-mail confirmation or a call about something that I have asked weeks ago. Please save time and energy and look for another State Farm agent.

Did online quote, after that Nannette called me. At the beginning the process was going ok, she sent me a quote pretty fast; however, after I called her back and said that I would like to continue application, she said she was working on something else and would call me back. 3 days later -no calls or emails. Switching to a different office.
