As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t sure what I was in for. But, Gary Franks, who completed my initial interview and provided me with all of the information I needed, was a pleasure to work with. It’s recommended that you “loan shop” and talk with different lenders, but after talking with Gary first, I had no need to talk with anyone else. Gary was kind and patient and explained every step of the process, would return emails and calls within the day or early the next day, and helped us feel comfortable and confident in this mortgage lending process. Furthermore, Gary helped us adjust to our unique circumstances and was able and willing to work with us on securing our loan despite some hiccups. Once we were in the process, we worked with Kendall George who also was a pleasure to work with as she was extremely helpful in understanding everything, taking time to discuss all that was needed from us, and thoroughly answered every question we had. Both Gary and Kendall were amazing people to work with and we wouldn’t have secured our home without them!
