The Gates Of Jubilee is a special place to live! I have lived here since March, 2020 and I always feel safe. The location is exceptional being near Daphne Police Department, Scenic 98, Olde Daphne, Target, Starbucks, and so much more on Highway 98. I love all the trees, and the landscaping is gorgeous and tranquil. I walk some at night and it is so quiet and peaceful. Best of all is the friendly and extremely helpful staff. Deanna and Kristen, all the office staff and maintenance are all always so polite and courteous and they take time to know me personally.
My neighbors are extra polite and friendly. I always feel at Home here!

I wasn’t going too leave a bad review but when I have people contacting me talking to me like a kid telling me what I should be doing and that I’m “obligated to abide by” really ticks a wrong nerve. I basically was forced to leave because of maintenance issues. With everything that was going on the front office straight acted like they didn’t care at all. Also when I was told to let head of maintenance know if my floor still had water coming out of it (why was there water coming out of my floor in the first place). Dianna basically went off on me saying don’t talk too maintenance or stop them and making them do work orders when I was just doing as I was instructed. Maybe miss communication there but I’m a grown respectful man and I’m well appreciated by most. But on another note my cousin just had too file a lawsuit with this place for about the same reason. I understand breaking lease and all that but when my A/c out for two weeks, Fridge freezing up, bugs coming inside, windows not being fixed, slide doors inside breaking every second. It was just the worst experience of my life when it comes to living places. And the price for it is not it at all. And now I had too deal with my credit dropping so badly and still having to pay them close too 2 grand and that just money that I wish I just had laying around. But yea I wasn’t going too leave a review until this place had some person calling me telling me I needed too get out of the shower now and pay them.

The best part of the community is the location to walkable things. Feels very safe and mostly clean. There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood and the pet stations are great for clean up. I’ve used the car wash a couple times and it’s super convenient. My apartment backed up to the woods which made it pretty private. Unit was a little outdated and the kitchen is very small so it’s hard to really make the meals I would like, had a hard time storing all my cooking gear and spices. Parking is ample and garages have plenty of storage if one is available. The main staff woman who is there all the time is super friendly and helpful. I used the gym quite a bit, simple but useful for a quick home workout. Pool is one of my favorite features, super big and nice. The new rent prices are a little high for my taste, but the location is a big draw.

This is a fabulous place to live folks! The location is great if you don’t want to get out on busy highways. We love all the trees, and the landscaping is gorgeous and tranquil. Best of all is the friendly and extremely helpful staff. They have bent over backwards to get us moved in and satisfied in our new apartment. If you are looking for a fantastic place to live, please apply to Gates at Jubilee in Daphne. You won’t regret it.

This place is an awful place to live. Management has no idea what’s going on. They don’t communicate with each other. They had multiple inspections a month. And as we were moving out they scheduled two pre move out inspections. The main office person got nasty with my roommate which we did not appreciate at all. On the last day of our lease, they messaged us to turn our keys in and we already had two days prior. Which goes back to the no communication between the office people. The apartments themselves are dingy. For the price they want to charge for rent it is not worth it for these apartments. They are not luxury apartments. Roaches, stuff falling apart, and mold. Please beware before you move in. If I had known these things before I signed the lease I would have skipped. I am so happy I don’t live there anymore!

This apartment complex has the best staff on board. Deanna in the office is such an amazing person. She is constantly wanting to help. Stephen is the maintenance manager and when something needs to be fixed he is there asap! These two also love seeing the smiling faces around and make you feel welcomed!
