I can't praise and Thank the bank staff members for helping us thru a potentionally bad situation. The bank notified us that someone (unauthorized) might be trying to use our accounts. They quickly responded took action and shut off the attempt. We want to Thank them for their quick action and taking time to notify us. This is a wonderful Bank and I am proud to say it's been a fantastic experience having them as my bank for 27 years.

Hours here on Google states the office lobby is open until 6pm. However the posted time on their doors is 5pm. And when asking a teller on the drive through, she showed little patience with us. So we left and called their customer service desk and she was very sweet and told us our concerns would be addressed. Shes the reason there are even stars on this review.

My company Prestige Medical Supplies sent a check to one of our clients and someone from GBC called me to verify the check was legit. Before i could even pull up the info to verify the check the person on the phone rudely told me that SHE had the wrong number and hung up! I have no idea why. Maybe i didnt answer teh phone properly because im in a hospital room with my daughter who is on a ventilator. But I was still going to confirm the check. She never gave me the chance. So now one of our hard earned clients was denied being able to cash a check that we sent them. When i called the number back it went through to a main number and another rude person. I would never do business with this bank if i lived in Indianapolis. Very rude and unproffesional

Would have been 5 stars of they would quit playing with my deposits. 2 months in a row they have posted unposted reposted ATM deposits. I should be able to deposit into the ATM and access that money. But no. They are taking it from me then redistribute when they feel like it. Been a long time customer but should look into other banks. Dakota in customer service doesn't like to do his job. Seems like I was bothering him when asking where my money was. Got transferred multiple times and still no resolution.

I have tried to pay my mortgage loan bill via phone or internet to no avail. I was told that if I don’t have a checking account with the bank, I must either drive all the way to Greenfield to pay in person, mail the payment, or sign up for ACH debits. This is outrageous! We are no longer living in the dark ages. This is terrible customer service. I will be switching banks asap and telling others to do the same!

I have been banking with gbc for 20 years and have always great service with them. Yesterday I experienced just how nice and helpful they are.. I got a flat tire in the parking lot at the Cumberland branch, the girls there were so nice to me. I'm so grateful to them.
