Employees are great, but banking is terrible. App always locks me out. My grandmother has the same experience on her account, so I know it's not just me. I had a checking for 5 years and a savings my whole life with them, and received multiple charges that were fraud or the bank themselves charging me for super random things just so my account would be overdrawn, which means they can slap you with a $30 charge. My grandmother lives alone, and this bank is close to her, so she wants to keep it but the online banking constantly locks her out. Sorry, not sorry. I've had to get a new bank card due to fraud charges at least once a year. Insane.

Bank is clean and decorated nicely. I decided to change because its the bank in the town I live in, so it's extremely convenient.

The tellers here used to be nice. The last time I was there the teller was very rude and unprofessional. I will be doing all of my banking at the Greenfield location from now on.
