This review is WAY overdue, but very well deserved. Gena is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is kind, patient, caring, non judgmental… the list goes on and on. She is honest and forthright with all information and will keep you updated through the whole loan process. She returns contact same day, or soon after. She is willing to make adjustments and/or changes that benefit her customers, and advocates for her customers at all times. Just one of many examples, we received a tax form two months after closing with Gena and when I reached out, she was more than willing to assist even though it wasn’t her responsibility to do so. That’s just how she is, awesome! We are so thankful to Gena for all her hard work and efforts in helping our family find our new home.
