Todd Sisson is awesome I highly recommend him for your mortgage needs!
I’ve dealt with many mortgages and shady mortgage companies over the years and because of that I’m no pushover when it comes to loans. Due to past experiences I have very high expectations when acquiring a mortgage or dealing with lenders.
Todd tackled every obstacle presented, was always reachable, he promptly returned all calls or text when he wasn’t immediately available.
Todd did everything with a great attitude even though I questioned everything, I even threw him a few curve balls and tossed a few wrenches in the gears of my loan after the deal was seemingly done. He’s hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with.
Todd never flinched he always kept things moving forward and in the end he hit a home run on my loan. We even closed a week early at sellers request on very short notice.

Todd was extremely helpful. I ran into several issues not even related to his job description and he did not hesitate to make sure I was taken care of. At one point I had an issue getting access to my business license I started a few years ago. I never had to get up from my desk and Todd emailed the county and had confirmation with in minutes with out me having to lift a finger. Todd also stepped up when the sellers side of my buying process did not know what to do to get an issue fixed, So I advised him to ask Todd what to do and he did. Todd made sure he was taken care of just to ensure my buying experience went as smooth as possible 10 out of 10 would recommend using Todd again I know I will if I ever buy or sell again.
