Me and my family have moved into the Stonecreek Monroe subdivision back in 2020, and I can't wait to put my house on the market and sell it soon, and never live in another HOA community again. These HOA people be breaching their contract per the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions or CC&Rs, and they don't do what they are supposed to do. They have picked at my man who has one of the best manicured lawn every season, no weeds ever, picked at him about the fence/color. These HOA folks has posted pictures on our door(my man told them don't put nothing else, so they stopped two years ago) about paint color on our house etc. I have a man who takes very good pride in his house, so he can make sure the neighborhood stay upkeep as a good neighbor. Meanwhile, these renters at this house has had three different military tanks(one of them with a gun attached on top). That picture of the tank is from 2022, they had parked the tank that had the military gun on top of the tank, on a blinding curve etc. Fast forward to February 2025, now they have this collection of junk in their yard. Monroe police called on them this past weekend about the carriage that they parked on someone property (those people at that house had called), they blocked both lanes on the blinding curve with cars and their junk ,to now they have the plastic horse attached to the carriage, and it's now strapped on top of the limousine roof. The red car is a junk car that doesn't work or move, the mini car with big wheels doesn't move and is junk and a limousine that be parked on the grass etc. What kind of ghetto mess is this? Why tf am I paying for an HOA? When it's nothing in here to maintain anyway but paying a company to cut grass. Y'all pick at people like my man who has spend 13k plus on plants, fence, etc; but these HOA folks don't get on the neighbors who has a crappy yard, or those renters house with junk all in their yard. I'm glad my man stopped paying the HOA months ago, ya'll won't get a dime or any backpay once we put the house on the market. I will be going a step further with disciplinary actions towards this HOA company, per the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions within the contract, specifically on Parking and blocking a blinding curve, and Nuisance from that renter house. Just look at the one star reviews, this company doesn't even respond to nothing, but quick to harrass people on minuscule stuff. Or be sneaky and snap pictures etc. Once I start my disciplinary actions against this HOA company, ya'll are going to get your acts together. Enough is enough.

There's plenty of rules for the homeowners to follow, which is meant to keep things in the development running smoothly. I understand this. So why can't the GCM follow some of their own rules and keep the pool area respectable looking. The discarded pool umbrellas have been dumped on the ground and are still there for over 2 years.

This management company does not play by the laws. My community has been held "hostage" and our community board cannot function being that GCM has shut them out of the reporting system. We can't even access our money to afford lawyers. We hired them and they refuse to be fired for their oppressive behavior. Please stay away from this company, they are no good.

We pay HOA for $350/year and the only thing they do is basic lawn care for the lawn out front. They do not provide a budget breakdown of where the money is being spent. We have had shootings, multiple speeders who damage people vehicles. They do not decorate the community during Christmas, we do not have a clubhouse, pool or any other community activity area besides a small gazebo with the very old grill. As far as I am concerned, they are collecting the HOA dues and those unnecessary fees to line their pockets. Melissa McDonald who is the HOA manager serves no purpose to the community other than to financial bleed the homeowners with constant fees. If you can, do not buy a home with an HOA or very least stay away from communities managed by gcm.

These people, the only thing they do COLLECT MONEY and nit pick! You can never get a hold of them they NEVER call you back and the community is so dry for all the money we are paying they won't even invest in so much as a swing set for the community kids. They only pay to garden the sign in the front THATS IT! No efforts to enhance the community we literally have just a bare lot in the middle with NOTHING in it! i attached the photos. Meanwhile threatening to fine me cause my kids left bubbles in the front of MY YARD, Same time if I call about a vicious dog being loose Noone responds or cares. Definiton of PONZI SCHEME RIGHT HERE. And apparently based on reviews they've been getting away with it for years so they couldn't care less.

I moved into my home in 2021 and my HOA was $109 per monthly. but for some reason it went to $144 per month during the beginning of 2023. fast forward to 2024 it has gone up to $205 per month. I received from a collection attorney that I owe almost $2000 in HOA dues. No one would even explain to me how that amount came about. There has never been any meeting that I have made aware of. How can I own a home under this organization and have no voice?

The people working here are not professional. Small and inconvenient issues tend to pile up, which ultimately lowers the quality of life. Despite this, there is no active effort or attempt to resolve these problems. Both the condominium service team and the account team are extremely unresponsive. I would not recommend hiring this company.
