Nate and Brian were fantastic, got there an hour before regular closing, but they stayed to make sure we got all the information and knew everything we needed to, didn't try to rush the process, and got a great car I'm really happy with on top of it. Car buying is always stressful, and there's no easy way to do it, but these guys made it the best, cleanest, and smoothest of any dealer process I've been through it 20 years. I took a flight from Memphis, TN to purchase a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from Glass Capital Chrysler. I had an amazing experience in this car dealership, everything went perfect. Glass capital is a great place to do business with. Brock was not the usual pushy salesman. He took time to listen and was patient with questions we had throughout the buying process. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was an extra $398 fee on the purchase agreement for “sellers options” for an item called “pulse protects” that had already been installed previously as an add on item, not something I had installed. Still wasn’t a deal breaker for me because the truck was listed at a good price.
