Hugo has been immensely helpful since day 1. We live an hour or so away depending on traffic. They closed our branch where we live, so we drive down the hill to this branch. He has gone above and beyond to help us figure things out ìn regards to our account. I am posting this review for him to be recognized by the public AND by Global Credit Union. He deserves to be recognized! Today, he went out of his way to help us find solutions, and for that, we are so grateful. He really knows his job and more! That's what prompted this post. I just Love this Credit Union and have been a Customer since 2005. They have worked with me when I had issues and Always have been so Caring and Understanding! I Love the Staff and My Credit Union and I Highly recommend Everyone become a Member!!

Called to see where my sons money is from social security and the woman I got. She had nothing but attitude with me and I never once had attitude with her. Either. Be an adult and have a better attitude or just quit your job if you don't like of what you do. Simple as that.

I was banking with Alaska Federal credit Union until they switched over to global credit Union. Thus far, I'm satisfied with the service I receive there. The in branch staff is always helpful and friendly. I would recommend this credit Union

Called the line provided and waited 10mins to talk to someone (which I get it's a bank it's busy) but when it kept saying "you're estimated wait time to talk to someone is 30 seconds for like 5 mins just for someone to answer and then HANG UP like what the hell is that? I called back and the wait time now was 15mins, smh ugh horrible!
